When Bank of Scotland International came to us with the brief for a creative platform we knew we had a job on our hands.

The challenge was to devise ten concepts across a variety of products, and services, that provided the BOSI marketing team with the creative material to react to market demands without the need to continually refer back to an agency for support.

We realised it was going to be tough trying to predict what the market conditions would be in a year's time (just imagine attempting to have done that this time last year!) The creative solution also had to sit comfortably with the brand constraints which were synonymous with being unconventional and, of course, had to feature a splash of the trademark BOSI purple.

Our creative solution was a series of unconventional objects reflecting the attributes of the products and services, which can be used as online animated ads and panels, electronic direct mail, in-store displays on posters and plasma screens and any other application which might require an immediate action.

Comment
It's ironic that one of the objectives of this project was for BOSI to be less reliant on their agency, i.e. US! In actual fact, it has worked to strengthen our relationship and not only do we now have a better understanding of their business requirements but they also have a greater appreciation of our creative ability.  A perfect match.
