Margaret has been working for The Idea Works for over ten years and was recruited by the directors the day she officially retired from her previous job in the fleet control department of La Motte Ford. She now heads up the accounts department so, hopefully, you won’t be speaking to her anytime soon.

Interesting fact:
Margaret is actually Martyn’s mum, or should that be ‘Mamma Mia’ as she bears more than a passing resemblance to Julie Walters.
