MHA JERSEY – A FRESH NEW LOOK FOR A TRUSTED ISLAND CARE PROVIDER

Project Scope.

MHA Jersey, one of the island’s most established care providers, approached The Idea Works to lead a complete creative transformation. The brief was to refresh the charity’s visual identity, capture the warmth of its homes through new photography, and rebuild its website to create a more welcoming, informative and accessible experience for residents, families and supporters.
This project covered brand identity, photography, copywriting, web design, and full-site development, resulting in a cohesive new look and digital presence that reflects compassion, dignity and heritage.

CONCEPT & DESIGN

The design process centred on creating an identity that feels reassuring, contemporary and rooted in community.
The new logo and colour palette were crafted to convey warmth, calm and professional care — a visual language that reflects the people of MHA Jersey as much as the organisation itself.

PHOTOGRAPHY

To bring the brand to life, The Idea Works partnered with acclaimed Jersey photographer Glen Perotte, whose natural, portrait-led style beautifully captures the genuine connection between residents and staff.
Photography took place across the charity’s two homes — Maison La Corderie and Stuart Court — showcasing real moments of care, companionship and community.

The new mhajersey.org website was designed, written and built entirely in-house by The Idea Works digital and creative teams. The site is now faster, clearer to navigate and fully responsive across all devices.
Large photography, clear typography and intuitive content paths make information easier to find for families and professionals alike — while strengthening MHA Jersey’s digital presence.
