Mortgage Campaign.

 SANTANDER – MORTGAGE CAMPAIGN

Project Scope.

Our team was given an exciting opportunity to work alongside Santander International and a team of other creative professionals when we were asked to coordinate an offline marketing campaign, launching mortgages in Jersey and refreshing the offering in the Isle of Man. This new campaign was aimed at several different target audiences, including first time buyers, remortgages, investors, and high-net worth clients.

CREATIVE CONCEPTS

Working alongside the digital team at WebReality, we created a set of eight conceptual creatives to target these selected audiences and then with the Santander International –  Marketing and Mortgage teams, we developed and rolled out the campaign plan throughout the first year.

PHOTOGRAPHY

With very specific photographic concepts required we worked alongside the photography team at Studio M , discussing the best ways to achieve these, plus model and location selection. The images had to be used in both Jersey and the Isle of Man, so couldn’t feature any specific locations.

PRINT ADVERTISING

We then created a set of print adverts and posters for insertion and display in a variety of printed media across both islands, including business and leisure magazines, local, newspapers, busses and poster sites. Each ad had a clear set of call to action and contact details including QR codes.

EDITORIAL & ADVERTORIAL

Many of these printed adverts were further enhanced with full page advertorial or editorial content written to provide further information and practical advice on mortgage options and terminology provided directly from senior members of the mortgage team. Photos of team members were often used to put a friendly and knowledgable face to the written content.

DIGITAL DISPLAY SCREENS

The offline campaign was further enhanced with a series of animated digital display screen ads that used the same messages as the ads in print, but could be brought to life with animation and kinetic text.
